BIGGEST DADDY: What did you read in 2001 that you
would recommend to others?
SCOTT ROMONOSKY: "House of Sand and Fog" by Andre Dubus.
BD: What was the last meal you prepared that didn't involve a microwave or cereal?
SR: Lemon Chicken.
BD: What will your opening day lineup look like?
SR: Payton (CF), Macias (2B), Burks (RF), Piazza (C), Greer
(LF), D Lee (1B), Batista (3B), Lugo (SS), Armas (P).
BD: If you were a closer for a major league team, what music would you ask them to
play when you came out of the bullpen?
SR: "Back in Black" by AC/DC.
BD: Why did you pick the nickname the Sphinx?
SR: It's one of the symbols for my college fraternity -
Delta Sigma Phi.
BD: What year will your team win their first world series?
SR: 2003.
BD: What MLB player do you most closely resemble?
SR: Ron Coomer.
BD: What celebrity, living or not, would you most like to switch places with for a
day?
SR: George Washington.
BD: What personality trait of yours do others like the most?
SR: My sense of humor.
BD: What song(s) makes you sing out loud in the car?
SR: "Hunger Strike" by Temple of the Dog,
"Centerfield" by John Fogerty and "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking
